Full Job Description
To provide a consistent and professional admin and scanning service throughout EPUT using Unified Patient Record (UEPR) This is a Fixed Term post till 31/3/2025 ( with a possibility of extending) To request and collect patients paperwork and help prepare for scanning To electronically upload documents into the EPR system To assist in providing a consistently high standard of scanning to enable clinicians and other healthcare professionals access to accurate, up to date and timely electronic data regarding their patients To quality assure both scanned and electronically uploaded documents, If you are joining our Trust in a fixed term role, please indicate on your New Starter Paperwork that you wish to join our staff bank.
- Collect and help prepare patient paperwork for scanning in accordance with documented procedures.
- Pages should be prepared thoroughly to ensure that there is no interruption in the scanning process
- Scan paperwork in accordance with the scanning procedure
- Upload electronic documents into the EPR ensuring correct patient and
- To quality check scanned and electronic uploading documents and records QA sheets
- To make basic decisions and organise your daily work tasks
- To ensure at all time the work is in alignment to the needs of BS10008
- To travel to other sites when required to cover for annual leave and sickness
