Full Job Description

Working 8am - 5pm in this fast-paced environment, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for scheduling and processing job information while juggling various administrative tasks. You'll interact with clients and tenants, ensuring appointments are arranged and queries are resolved efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Schedule and appoint jobs promptly - Handle client and tenant communications - Manage helpdesk inquiries and client reports - Perform various administrative duties as needed
