What would you do as our Scheduling Administrator As our Scheduling Administrator, you would support the current scheduling team with assistance on the role they perform. You would also be responsible for:
- Booking planned maintenance and fault visits for the engineering team via phone and email.
- Ensuring the timely closure of engineering work orders after completion.
- Processing post-PPM service reports and submitting invoices using third-party systems like Verisae.
- Monitoring the scheduling inbox, updating the customer CRM (ServiceMax), and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing additional administrative and scheduling support to the scheduling team as needed.
Is self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently, with strong numeracy and IT skills. - Has excellent communication abilities, proven customer service experience, and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
- Has experience maintaining electronic records and using Windows and cloud-based software effectively.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong administrative capabilities.
- Is confident using IT equipment and familiar with various software packages, supported by a solid foundation in communication and numeracy.
