Full Job Description

This pivotal position within the IMA OMC management team is responsible for overseeing and delivering scheduling activities for the Metering functions within the IMA Operational Management Centre. We are seeking a candidate with strong coaching and managerial experience to drive the effective and efficient delivery of Metering Scheduling and Customer Contact. The role will focus on maximising the skills and talents of the team to deliver optimal value to IMA. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…

  • Translate scheduling activities into clearly defined objectives and work processes, fully utilising the capability delivered by the Puzzel & S4 programmes.
  • Agree and deliver Service Level Agreements between the OMC and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the development of scheduling structures, processes, procedures, and systems to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive out inefficiencies.
  • Plan and schedule Metering & NHH work to achieve KPIs and Programme Mandates.
  • Liaise with the Planning team to agree on resources required to maintain agreed targets.
  • Work to reduce costs associated with schedules (FPNs, Defects, GSS).
  • Monitor all charges related to street works noticing; Section 74 (overruns), Section 72 (Defects), and FPNs.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and will proactively support the development of individual and team skills to ensure success.
  • You have proven experience within a Customer Service environment along with working in a fast-paced role. Possess excellent IT and communication skills and the ability to lead as well as being self-motivated are crucial. As you'll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
