An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Scheduling Department at The Royal London Hospital. We are recruiting an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Scheduling Team Leader. You will be joining a fun and friendly department with a strong focus on improvement and patient experience. You will also be looking for you a role that you can make a difference in.

To ensure provision of comprehensive and efficient booking and scheduling services for patients, that adhere to the Trusts Access policy with national and local access targets.

The role requires the post holder to lead a small team of schedulers to ensure efficient and effective systems of work are carried out. Patients should experience good communication, choice and a personal and responsive service.

To provide a consistent approach across the Trust, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) describes how the functions of this role will be carried out along with the timescales that will be adhered to.
