Full Job Description

At Karbon, we want to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation. Our Scheme Co-Ordinators are a key front facing team providing advice, support and assistance to enable our customers to live well independently. You'll be responsible for supporting customers and carrying out health & safety activities in the designated scheme. This will include completion of building inspections, reporting repairs, and liaising with contractors. There will be a requirement to work closely with numerous stakeholders ensuring a seamless service is provided to our customers. You'll build relationships to demonstrate strong partnership working with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies to make sure our schemes are safe and a great place to live.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Scheme Coordinator in the Supported Housing Team., It's important to be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

  • Salary is £25,298 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • Location: Renwick House, Morpeth
  • 30 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
