Full Job Description

We are looking to expand our management teams across our Buckinghamshire Learning Disability services and have an exciting opportunity at Scheme Manager level in High Wycombe.

Do you have experience at delivering consistently high quality health or social care to adults with a learning disability? Can you lead by example, motivate and inspire others? Are you good with people and a great communicator who is able to adapt their approach to a range of individuals? If you are looking for your first step into management and are self-motivated with a passion for making and sustaining positive change, and have the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure, in order to finish each day knowing you've made a difference to people's lives - this role might be for you! If you have the drive and ambition, we can help support you on your career pathway. We offer an internal management programme as well as the opportunity to complete recognised accredited apprenticeship following successful probation. Coaching and mentoring opportunities from your network of supportive and experienced management peers and senior managers. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and use of a car to take up the role.
