Full Job Description

The SPM (Data Manager) will be responsible for the integration, coordination, and submission of data from all disciplines to the Maintenance Delivery Units. This role ensures that data is accurately collected, tracked, and submitted in a timely manner, facilitating effective coordination between Internal Delivery Teams (IDT) and the Maintenance Delivery Units. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Integration: • Act as the central point of contact for data-related queries and issues from IDT's and Maintenance Delivery Units. • Coordinate with IDT leads to ensure timely submission of required data in accordance with the AMP standard NR/L2/MTC/089 • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources. • Prepare and submit integrated data reports to the Maintenance Delivery Units as per the defined schedules. • Facilitate regular meetings with IDT representatives to discuss data requirements, timelines, and any issues. • To manage projects through various stages of the life cycle and to support and assist delivering the overall project portfolio managed by the team.About the role (External)

  • Some of the key accountabilities of this role are: 1. Manage process for update of asset data including application by delivery teams for existing asset data, compilation of new or changed asset data by delivery teams, return, review (by the asset data owner) and resubmission / acceptance as appropriate. Establish accessible, secure environment for asset data files that provides version control and segregation so that files received from data owners are preserved as received, amended files are version controlled, each submission is retained in the state it was submitted and accepted files are also retained. 2. Create and maintain a system for the tracking of all asset data in use by TRU from application to acceptance. Manage the preparation and submission by delivery teams, and sign of by Maintainer / Asset Owner, of appropriate suite of AMP forms in line with NR-L2-MTC-089. Collaborate with delivery teams to produce AMP form plan to identify forms to be produced and inform need to arrange necessary walkouts. 3. Maintain tracker to support reporting of AMP form KPIs, reporting for executive summary / DDR reporting requirements, output to health and safety files and provision of progress reports to Integration SPMs / PMs for feedback to delivery teams / Maintainer / Asset Owner. 4. Manage tactical change and risks within the project life cycle for allocated schemes. 5. Assist or lead in the provision of a safe working environment in the execution of managed work. 6. Comply with the Investment Competence Framework. 7. Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to the Programme Manager. 8. Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.

    • Successful relevant experience including project management. • Educated to HNC/HND or similar standard. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Project safety management experience • Knowledge of Oracle Projects • Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental procedures. • Knowledge of commercial and financial procedures.It would be advantageous if you have: • Membership (or working towards membership) of the Association for Project Management or other professional body. • A degree or equivalent. • Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
