Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be fully trained in all aspects of school administration, gaining experience in a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Student Services - Support students with queries and assist in purchasing stationery.
  • Reception - Answer calls, greet visitors, and handle general reception duties.
  • Whole School Administration - Complete forms, data entry, and update computer databases and spreadsheets.
  • Reprographics - Efficiently manage printing, photocopying, and scanning tasks.
  • Finance - Process stationery orders and handle invoices.
  • Attendance - Record student attendance and flag any low attendance to the appropriate team member.
  • Examinations - Assist in booking exams and preparing examination halls.

    Have strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Be highly organised and able to multitask, even with interruptions.
  • Possess a good understanding of English, Math, and ICT.
  • Be willing to use a range of software, including Microsoft Office, Inventry systems, Edulink, and Sims.net MIS. Full training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a genuine interest in supporting the operational side of education.
