Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a School Administrator to join our School of Nursing and Midwifery. You will work proactively, collaboratively, and flexibly with academic staff and professional service colleagues to directly support the Senior Leadership team and School activities. Core responsibilities will to coordinate schedules, diary management support, servicing meetings and general administration tasks.

We are looking for someone who will be a confident, capable, and flexible all-round administrator with excellent time management, coordination, and prioritisation skills. The role requires excellent IT, problem solving, and data handling skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, meet deadlines and exercise personal responsibility. You will have excellent minute taking skills, experience of finance processes and the ability to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Math's at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning., Disability Confident
