School Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a competent and hardworking School Administrator to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, can communicate well, is organised, and likes variety in their work. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking an individual to:

• Provide administrative support to meet the needs of the school.


• Ensure the smooth running of the school office and provide support to all areas of school administration.


• Produce and process routine school documentation and letters.


• Ensure all visitors are welcomed to our school and that they comply with the school's safeguarding procedures.


• Take an active role in first aid provision.
  
  A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent A-C grade including Maths and English.


• Great communication and organisational skills and enjoy working with and dealing with a range of people.


• The ability to work well under pressure, manage time effectively and prioritise workload.


• Relevant and recent experience of working in a customer service or administrative or receptionist role.


• Good work ethic and the ability to work to own initiative.


• Good knowledge of ICT, Microsoft Office programmes, such as Word and Excel.
