Full Job Description

We are looking for an excellent and organised administrator who thrives on setting up effective and efficient processes and procedures within a school setting. This is a new role in school and we need an individual who can work closely with teaching departments to ascertain how they can best support them and streamline the administration. This could involve administering visiting music teacher timetables, charging for music lessons via ParentPay, managing event logistics like the annual carol service, PE transport and fixtures. In addition this person will start to manage the administration of trips including residential and international trips, working closely with the Trip Leader on the logistics of the trip, comms to parents, costs, compiling medical, passport and visa information. This is an exciting, fast paced role where someone can make a real difference to the smooth running of these areas in the school.

Early applications are warmly encouraged. Applications will be considered as they are received and candidates may be invited for interview at any stage.
