Full Job Description
The role is a busy front facing position within the main office and will involve general office duties with a focus on:
- pupil admissions including the inputting of confidential pupil data, in year transfers, leavers and entering all other related information on to MIS
- daily monitoring of pupil attendance, compiling accurate information when required for the Senior Management Team
- to produce accurate letters to prospective parents, agencies and the Local Authority
- preparation of the school admission applications/packs for Nursery and Reception intake and ensuring all of the completed information is forwarded to the relevant external agencies
- ensuring that the school census and other statutory returns are completed in a timely manner
This is an exciting, varied, hands-on and busy role requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail. What you'll need to succeed: - recent experience of working with a range of stakeholders within a busy school office environment
