Queenswell Schools are an exciting, friendly and creative multicultural Infant and Junior schools situated in Whetstone and we require a part-time school administrator to work alongside our established school team to ensure the smooth running of our office - the vital 'HUB' of the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, calm team player who loves a challenge and wants to work in a thriving primary school where every day is enjoyable and different. The main focus of the role is to provide a warm friendly reception to children, parents/carers and visitors, general administration of Breakfast & Afterschool's clubs, school lunches, trips, some first aid etc. You will also be part of the school's 'front of house' operation., This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, calm team player who loves a challenge and wants to work in a thriving primary school where every day is enjoyable and different. Experience is desirable but not essential however a willingness to learn is essential. We wish to appoint a candidate who: · Can communicate effectively with staff, parents/carers, pupils and visitors · Remains calm and positive under pressure, is flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task · Is self-motivated and has personal drive to complete tasks to required timescales · Is able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team · The candidate must have an excellent level of literacy and ICT skills (experience with Microsoft office would be an advantage) and be committed to safeguarding, confidentiality and promoting the welfare of children in accordance with school policies and GDPR · Is willing to learn new skills

  • Salary: FTE £27438 - £28698 (Actual £14077 - £14,724) (dependent on experience and subject to the new NJC pay award)
  • Contract: Permanent, term time only - 21 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
  • 8:30am to 4.00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (half an hour for lunch)
