An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as School Business Manager.
To commence September 2024, we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and conscientious person who will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.
It is a diverse and rewarding role encompassing the day-to-day responsibility for finance, human resources, health and safety, premises management and compliance. Littletown School has quality and nurture woven into every fibre and we can offer you a wonderful place to develop your career.
We are looking for somebody who:
- Is positive, resilient, well-mannered and an excellent communicator.
- Has considerable financial knowledge and experience in school business matters.
- Can look for value for money as well as quality in all resources and services.
- Is aware of Health and Safety protocols for schools and supports staff to meet guidelines.
- Is pro-active, organised and able to lead and work within our small friendly team whilst meeting appropriate deadlines.
- Is willing to become involved in all aspects of school life.
- Can co-ordinate all site and caretaking issues.
- Is friendly, efficient and approachable to parents.
- Is understanding of pupil needs always ensuring they gain the best resources.
- Is aware of all aspects of safeguarding in school.
- A motivated, professional, dedicated and friendly staff team with supportive Governors.
- Polite and happy children who enjoy coming to school.
- A good school at our most recent OFSTED.
- A strong culture of care for all staff throughout school
- Commitment to continuous professional development to develop your career.
