Full Job Description

  • To be responsible for the business and financial management of school resources including


  • budget/financial planning and providing accurate financial reports to SLT, Governing Body

    and external bodies.
  • To be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support


  • staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and

    achievement in the school.
  • The School Business Manager promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the


  • administrative function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of

    resources in support of the school's learning objectives.
  • The School Business Manager is responsible for the Financial Resource


  • Management/Administration Management/Human Resource Management/Facility &

    Property Management/ Operations Management of the School.
  • Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head Teacher and School


  • Leadership Team
  • To support and advise the Head teacher and Governing Body on all operational areas cited

    We are looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious, dedicated and forward-thinking School Business Manager.
