Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join our thriving primary school. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the financial, premises, business, health and safety, and management of the school.

Your expertise will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our operational aspects, providing support to all administrative functions as required.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a primary school setting or other similar educational provision.

The role requires a dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity.

Pennyhill is a large 3-form primary school on the outskirts of West Bromwich. We are close to Great Barr, Walsall and Wednesbury so if you live in or close to these locations, this could be an ideal commute for you. We serve a very diverse community and are looking for someone who will embrace working within this community. We have a strong leadership team and strong governing board and you will be well supported within your role enabling you to make strategic decisions for the benefit of the children.

Salary: Band G SCP 32-37 (£40,221 - £45,441 Per Annum)
