Full Job Description
We are looking to appoint a highly organised, flexible and adaptable School Business Manager to join Abbott's Senior Leadership Team. This post will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of staff, resources and premises, to facilitate the child and family centred work of our school. Abbott Community Primary School is an Outstanding School in the hub of the local community, providing education for for pupils aged 3 -11. High aspirations coupled with collaborative, positive relationships between all our stakeholders, are the key to our success
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well and communicate with our children, families, staff and partners.
- Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls. The role will also involve the monitoring of our wraparound care provision, to ensure that families do not fall into arrears.
- Considerable experience working at a senior level; including the management of staff, HR policies and payroll procedures.
