Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic School Business Support Officer 3 to join our vibrant and supportive team at Kennington Primary School. As a School Business Support Officer 3, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's administrative and financial operations, ensuring that we maintain a smooth and efficient learning environment for our pupils. Start time ideally 8am but this can be flexible between 8am and 8:15am. Hours will be agreed upon appointment.

  • Job Specific Skills:
  • Proven experience in providing administrative and financial support to a school or similar organization
  • Proficiency in using a range of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with school management software and systems
  • A strong understanding of school finance and budgeting procedures, GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths or equivalent
  • Appropriate training in the use of ICT systems including Microsoft Office Essential Experience Experience of Microsoft Office Desirable Experience Preparation and presentation of reports, letters/documents Experience of working as a team member Working in a school office environment
