School Catering Mobile Area Manager

Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the day to day management of an allocated area, (approximately 24 primary school kitchens) working with the Unit Manager to ensure the kitchens operate and comply within set standards, polices, codes of practice and procedures. You will also support recipe and menu development, on the job training and marketing of the service.

Role specifics Level 2 Food Safety or a recognised Catering Qualification. valid driving licence and use of own vehicle., You should be an experienced catering manager who is able demonstrate a proven track record of managing teams. You will need to be focused on continually improving standards and providing high levels of customer service to our stakeholders. You should be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally you will have a school catering background with an understanding of the principles of menu planning and budgets. Confidence in the use of IT and experience of Microsoft office is required.

This role is an essential car user post, therefore you must have a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
