Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a School Nurse to provide a comprehensive, confidential and accurate medical health service to support our growing School. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as they help build a department which offers a high quality of nursing and first aid care to our pupils and all members of our school community.

The role will be working alongside our current School Nurse on a part-time basis, (term-time only plus 10 days), 2.5 days per week, starting ASAP.

We are looking for someone who is preferably RGN/RSCN qualified but will consider other nursing qualifications. Someone with excellent communication skills and a good knowledge and understanding of IT processes is essential, along with someone who is a team player and able to work effectively in a busy environment. Experience of working in an educational environment is preferable but not essential.
