This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - School Nurse. We welcome applications from existing practitioners who may be looking for a change of location, to students who are currently completing the specialist community public health nursing course. We are passionate about the support and development we give our employees and as a member of the Trust and Children's Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service we are committed to your development and will create a dedicated personal development plan for you, to make sure you are fully supported in all your career ambitions., You will manage a universal plus and partnership plus caseload, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure protection and the best health outcomes for children and families in Bolton. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse you will work within the community dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of need.

As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will have excellent communication skills and a broad knowledge of working in the community with children and their wider family. You will be a solution focused team player who will support the delivery of the universal offer in a 0-19 integrated neighbourhood team.
