Are you an experienced school nurse looking to develop your career?

We are looking for a motivated and passionate school nurse to manage the school nursing team in Waltham Forest.

The School Nurse Team Leader (SNTL) will have overall responsibility of managing the school nurses and clinical support workers, with the potential expansion to staff nurses and community nursery nurses.

The SNTL will have oversight of the school nursing service to ensure service delivery is safe, effective and demonstrates best practice. The SNTL will work closely with the team and Operational Lead to ensure Key Performance indicators are met., As a team leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring performance and service delivery outcomes are being met.

You will lead and support the skill mix team to meet the needs of school aged children and young people in the borough to improve health outcomes.
