School Nursing Team Administrator | Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust

We are currently looking to recruit a School Nursing Team Administrator to join our innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic School Nursing team.

The role is all year round and is office based, sometimes in the community and schools.

You will deliver high quality service provision that promotes and improves school health and addresses inequalities for children and young people aged between 5-19 years of age. Working within a skill mixed team to facilitate a culture of learning and reflective practice. As well as building positive working relationships with other service providers, to ensure a 'Think Family Approach' is offered to all.

You will be offered an induction programme, mentorship and a supportive environment, in which to work. There is also a commitment to supporting staff through appraisal and personal development programmes and continuing professional development.
