Full Job Description

Newton Prep is a successful and vibrant school for children aged between 3 and 13 situated at the heart of one of London's most exciting developing areas in Nine Elms. We are conveniently located a short walking distance from Battersea Park and Queenstown Road railway stations, with the newly-opened Northern Line connecting London Bridge to Battersea Power Station in easy walking distance.

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and effective Administrator to join our Main School Office administration team. The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to members of the School's Leadership Team and other members of staff with senior leadership responsibilities. Applicants must have significant office administration experience, preferably from a school or educational setting; excellent communication skills and be a highly confident, effective and efficient user of IT and Management Information Systems.

This is a full-time, permanent position (term time only + 5 days) commencing November 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Normal school working hours are ideally 7.30am to 4.00pm but could be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, during term time, with an hour's lunch break.
