Join us in shaping the future of education and making a meaningful impact in classrooms around the globe., As an Onboarding Support Executive, you will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. Using our bespoke platform, you will be working alongside our Onboarding Manager as a professional dedicated to guiding new clients through the initial setup stages following purchase of the product. You will be the single point of contact concerning aspects of setting up customer accounts and the technical setup. You will also be leading in the product implementation for all Pupil Progress users to ensure that the benefits our platform brings is not only communicated, but most importantly experienced.,

  • Manage customer onboarding setups to be completed within the required timelines.

  • Keep all systems updated with the necessary data.

  • Understand the onboarding process and make sure it's followed.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Pupil Progress Platform and stay up to date with any changes made or features added.

  • Provide solutions to the customer's needs

  • Help solve customer's technical problems

  • Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to guarantee successful onboarding.

  • Work with the manager to keep the processes up to date.

    Competitive salary

  • Salary Range £22000- £28000 (depending on experience)
