Full Job Description
Outwood Academy Danum are seeking a friendly, professional and efficient Receptionist to join their business and administration team. This is a forward facing role and the successful candidate should provide exceptional front of house service for our Academy. You must be approachable and welcoming along with having excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will be confident and have great communication skills with an understanding of safeguarding children.
Duties include communicating with other academy staff to ensure pupils receive the support they require, dealing with queries from parents, composing academy letters, preparing items for postage and ensuring all visitors to the academy follow the sign in procedure and have the appropriate security clearance.
Full training and support will be given for the right candidate.
