The London Academy of Excellence is seeking to appoint a School Site Manager. The role comprises facilities management, hands-on building maintenance and caretaking. Pay is c. £35,000 per annum. This is a full-time, all-year round position. Start date - 7th January 2025 (although a handover period beforehand would be useful.) LAE Tottenham

- To oversee day to day Site Management for the school building, ensuring the premises are maintained to a high standard
- To provide a hands on professional building maintenance service ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard
- To escalate more serious building issues to the Business Director and to assist with procuring and overseeing contractors' work
- To ensure the smooth running of the school by assisting with the moving of furniture, parcels and other items
