OverviewImpact the Moment! As we grow and expand our International Schools team, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Schools Product Manager - International. Someone who can lead our adaptation of curriculum for international students and teachers, ensuring our products meet the diverse needs of regional markets. How will you make an impact? Working across different countries and different cultures, our new Product Manager will interpret the needs of our customers (private and government school sectors), and apply these insights to ensure that our content aligns with cultural sensitivities and specific educational standards and requirements. What you will be doing:Owning relationships with cross-functional teams (content developers, licensing specialists, production teams, etc.), guaranteeing the quality and academic integrity of our international K12 solutions.Developing a shared vision for product growth - through investigation of market demands, user feedback, and competitive analysis across our international businesses.Managing and leading content development through conceptualisation, design, and adaptation of our K-12 solutions, aligning with customer requirements for Math, Science, Literacy, Computing Skills, and other subjects as required.Planning content for teacher and student materials, including print, digital, and media resources.Establishing and implementing project and product guidelines to deploy with an extensive group of external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.Managing the product budget effectively, making informed decisions that will optimise resource allocation and manage operational initiatives for tactical delivery. What you need to be successful:Demonstrated understanding of pedagogy and the K-12 teaching environment with teaching experience, preferably in Math or Science.Strong program management skills, including people management, scheduling, and the ability to negotiate across functional teams.Excellent editorial skills, particularly creating and applying style guides.Experience managing print and digital product development, preferably in an international capacity.Experience producing learning materials for the Middle Eastern market would be beneficial. Why work for us? At McGraw Hill, you will be empowered to make a real impact on a global scale.
