Conyers School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager/Cook to lead our school catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all catering activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations. This role also includes supervising catering staff, managing menus, and ensuring the smooth operation of food services.,

• Lead the catering team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service
• Plan menus, control portion sizes, and manage stock and waste
• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety legislation
• Supervise and train catering staff, developing work rotas and managing workloads
• Handle all related clerical tasks, including ordering supplies, managing payments, and cash handling
• Attend meetings and training events as needed
