Making A Difference as A General Kitchen Assistant in School Traded Service

Our General Kitchen Assistants have an incredibly important role in the council delivering catering services across the borough. These services run throughout the local schools as well as local council buildings.

This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the service, with possible changes in hours and duties to successfully complete the service requirements.

Our General Kitchen Assistants will be responsible for the day-to-day operations which include assisting with the preparation, cooking and service of food. As well as cleaning kitchen and dining room spaces before, during and after service.
