Science Teacher

The school is seeking an inspiring teacher of Science to join its well-resourced, friendly and supportive department. This role is full time, starting in term 2 (November) with the potential of turning into a permanent role for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities of Science Teacher:
+ Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
+ Teach Science across different key stages including lab work and theoretical lessons
+ Monitor and assess student progress
+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration and independent learning
+ Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour, + A commitment from the school and anzuk to support with staff wellbeing

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent certification for UK teaching
+ Experience of teaching Science at secondary school level
+ Strong subject and UK curriculum knowledge and experience
+ Full references for the last 2 years
+ Full employment history checks required
+ Valid UK DBS and overseas checks if required
