Science Teacher To cover a Maternity Leave from January 2025 MPS/UPS + TLR TLR is negotiable and dependent on the experience of the successful candidate. The Governing Body of St Paul's School for Girls is seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, and well qualified teacher to cover a Maternity Leave. Candidates should have a passion for inspiring group and individual pupil performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4. With the appropriate experience they will also teach Key Stage 5. A Chemistry specialism is preferred but not essential. St Paul's is an outstanding Catholic comprehensive school for girls aged 11-19 with excellent examination performance for GCSE Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics and for A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics, plus BTEC Applied Science. The successful candidate must have:
- The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents
- The ability to inspire a love of Science
- The ability to motivate and inspire pupil self-confidence
- A positive can do attitude to help pupils overcome any barriers to learning We offer:
