Full Job Description

As a Science Teacher, you will:
+ Deliver tailored, high-quality science lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges.
+ Create a structured, supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to engage and succeed.
+ Manage and positively address challenging behaviour, fostering trust and strong relationships with students.
+ Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic support for each student.

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in teaching science.
+ A strong understanding of SEMH needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to support these learners.
+ Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive outcomes for students.
+ A passion for education and a commitment to helping every student thrive, regardless of their background.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
