Science Technician
35 hours per week
(Term Time Only plus 2 weeks)
Permanent Contract
Grade 3 - Point 5 to 6
Salary £23,500 to £23,893 (pro rata)
Actual salary £20,016 to £20,346
Pay Award Pending

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and student friendly Science Technician to join our Science department in providing preparation support across the department.
The candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to a tight schedule. We are looking for someone who works well with others and has good communication skills. Experience of working within a school science setting, including the relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable, though training will be provided.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to the post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring background check.
