Science Technician (Fixed-Term, Term-Time Only)

To make this a reality we have a wide range external partners in higher education, business, industry, the arts and the sciences who contribute extensively and fundamentally to our extra-curricular activities., You will deliver the provision of technical support and assistance for the science team, in conjunction with the Senior Science Technician. You will ensure the constructions, service and repair of equipment as required. You will ensure safe and appropriate storage and disposal of chemicals as required. Your will regularly work with teaching and non-teaching staff to assist with the delivery of creative, high quality graphic design and reprographic service. You will Implement systems for meeting the needs of science practical work, including health and safety practices in the technician departments and appropriate risk assessments, in conjunction with the Senior Science Technician.
