Full Job Description
6 months contract within our CE Digital Appliances team. Our main mission is to deliver customer satisfaction through innovative supply chain solutions with our 2024 strategic focus lying firmly on People, Processes, Planning and Logistics. Role and Responsibilities
- You will be the direct lead responsible for daily customer interactions
- Lead weekly SCM process to ensure efficient delivery of joint business plan within mutual critical metric framework.
- Discuss sell out and future demand with customers/commercial teams and update onto internal systems, analysing data and articulating clear trends and implications.
- Suggest future intake proposal for responsible accounts based on PSI analysis.
- Order book management. Maintain the required delivery dates of all sales orders in accordance with stock availability and delivery order creation.
- Lead weekly sales achievement rate by ensuring the short term forecast is in line with confirmed orders.
- Align with finance team on credit control/limitation & billing/invoice queries.
- Work closely with logistics company to co-ordinate inbound to ensure you maximise on time and in full deliveries and communicate any delays with shipments to the key collaborators to ensure minimum impact to the end user.
- Update key partners with sales progress and estimation based on confirmed customer orders and bookings raising any issues to the business
- Lead Supply Chain meetings/business reviews with collaborative partners in order to build up strategic relationships
- Liaise with HQ with regards to product availability, production capacity (SOP), shortages & recovery, new SKU code set ups, etc, Maximise cost efficiency by increasing direct delivery ratio
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties, for example, project management
