Full Job Description
In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will interface with key client stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Development and Operational Support. You will bring in energy business expertise coupled with technical prowess to solve problems, modernise & optimise existing software solutions and make insightful dashboards a reality. You will liaise with various stakeholders including business & technical clients, internal teams and partners. Being the face of Infosys for our clients, you will lead from the front and roll your sleeves up to manoeuvre different situations. You will also mentor and guide the technical team spread across various locations and strive for delivery excellence. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
- Be the bridge between the business stakeholders and technical team
- Develop and lead the team to implement, tune and maintain Power Platform, SharePoint and .Net applications on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyse existing applications, brainstorm to bring optimisation ideas and implement them using automation, yielding value additions and business benefits
- In a RUN environment, lead and guide the team towards preventive and proactive maintenance, perform root cause analysis and fix recurring issues, reducing the number of incidents and problems
- Well versed in working in a ServiceNow/ ADO Service Management environments
- Migrate legacy applications and databases onto Cloud platforms
- Focus on Quality deliverables and documentation
- Steer data driven decisions
- Governance of all AWS/ Azure-encompassing services
- Compliance with all CLOUD standards and vulnerability requirements
- Oil & Gas domain knowledge
- Agile delivery
- Tech expertise in Power Platform, SharePoint, ASP/ C# .Net, SQL Server, AWS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and understanding of microservices architecture.
