SCPHN - Health Visitor

We're looking for enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (SCPHN) Health Visitors to join our 0-5 Healthy Child Programme teams in West Sussex. We have a part time vacancy in our County wide infant feeding team, Are you an experienced Health Visitor with the skills, knowledge and passion to join our specialist infant feeding team Our Healthy Child Programme teams offer a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with school nurses, early help staff at children and family centres and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children.
