Full Job Description
The post is to support the Healthy Family Team in the delivery of a universal and targeted 0-19 Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme. This will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities. Working proactively using a partnership approach to promote health and contribute to tackling health inequalities within the level of competencies required for the post. Willingness to undertake breast feeding training and support feeding groups as required.
You will work within an office environment providing administrative support to the Healthy Family Team
You will be administration support for the team and will also support with the delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme / digital school offer.
The post base is Ashfield Health Village, however the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to support the needs of the Healthy Family Team across the Ashfield District., You will work within an office environment providing administrative support to the Healthy Family Team along with occasional work with children, young people and families within the school or other identified community setting.
