Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled colleague for the position of SCRUM Master. We work on projects both in the Czech Republic, UK and abroad, mainly with start-ups.

Who are we looking for? Someone who listens well, helps us streamline processes, and introduces new ways to improve teamwork.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a part of our team


• Helping develop agile principles within our team by building team collaboration, streamlining workflows, and bringing in new ideas and innovations


• Building SCRUM awareness in the company and assisting your colleagues in understanding SCRUM


• Assisting with team management and communication
  
  Knowing and understanding SCRUM with practical experience


• Experience working on software projects


• A desire to improve the team and yourself, and the ability to communicate effectively in English
