Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to help us to deliver our next generation of products. Reporting directly to the Head of Products & Chief Technical Architect. This role expects to lead number of scrum teams simultaneously, carry out all the scrum ceremonies and resolve teams impediments to help them to achieve team objectives and commitments in each sprint.,

• Supporting the product owner in setting the right priorities and taking the optimal decisions for the product


• Facilitating the collaboration between the other developers


• Functional and technical understanding and analysis of user stories in close collaboration with different stakeholders so that business requirements are clearly understood


• Designing and developing software modules and business process logic.


• Taking the total ownership regarding scope, content and quality


• Coaching and guiding of fellow developers


• Executing code reviews


• Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective


• Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases


• Create or analyse business requirements documents and project timelines


• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates


• Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders


• Able to root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity


• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program


• Implement and support principles, rules and processes


• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow


• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. Azure DevOps) to support estimates and execution


• Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
  
  Minimum 5 years of software development experience and leading sprints as Scrum Master


• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc


• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development


• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams' needs


• Self-motivated, organized

• Cloud technologies & micro services


• Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architectures
