Full Job Description
- Spearhead complex projects, including Data Centre transformations and Azure Cloud migrations, employing Agile and ITSM methodologies to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks and challenges, devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide transparent, regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to align project objectives with departmental priorities and company strategy.
- Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems, maintaining high standards of operational excellence and security compliance.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, status reports, and risk assessments, to support effective decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- Lead the execution of operational activities such as system deployments and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and aligned with business objectives.

- Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience managing IT projects, with a focus on Data Centre transformations and Azure Cloud migrations.
- Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM/CSM) and project management frameworks (PMI/PMP).
- Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, with ITIL certification highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in a financial, mutual fund, or securities environment is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying risks and crafting strategic solutions.
- Adaptable project management approach, skilled in balancing rigor and creativity across diverse project environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving team performance and advancing strategic objectives.
