Full Job Description

· The Scrum Master plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of bespoke software products for Bupa Dental Care.
· The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, developers, project managers, and business analysts, leveraging Agile methodologies to meet business needs and ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
o Collaborate with the Engineering Team, including Software Engineers, QA Testers, Data Engineers, and Product Owners, to ensure seamless and timely product delivery.
o Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding the development and delivery of bespoke software products, ensuring consistent engagement and a positive, approachable presence.
o Proactively identify and remove both team and organizational impediments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
o Assist the Bupa Dental Care Operations Teams in triaging and resolving bugs, ensuring they are properly prioritized and added to the relevant product backlogs.
· The Scrum Master will be able to:
o Apply Agile techniques, including User Stories, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI).
o Use Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for managing and tracking development workflows.
o Effectively communicate with stakeholders and build strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery timelines.
o Thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and shared objectives.

· 1-2 years of Scrum experience in a software development environment.
· Strong passion for Agile methodologies and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
· Proven experience in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
· Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
· Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for managing and tracking workflows.
