+ Serve as a Leader and coach for multiple agile teams within the Sales DevOps organization.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
+ Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

- Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.

- Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)) preferred.
- DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.

+ Utilize agile metrics and tools to track team performance and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
+ Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices within the agile framework.
+ Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment processes.
+ Ensure seamless integration of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices within agile teams.
+ Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the agile maturity of the organization.
+ Stay current with industry trends and advancements in agile and DevOps methodologies.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Lead Scrum Master to join our dynamic Sales Application DevOps team. This role is critical in guiding our agile teams of internal and external resources, to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile principles, extensive experience with DevOps practices, and a proven track record of leading teams to success., + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
