SD / RW Personal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mature Personal Assistant to provide support to a female who suffers from Parkinson Disease and post-traumatic stress disorder with accessing the local/wider community and to provide support within her own home.

As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with social activities especially outside of the home, occasional support with getting for the day, shopping trips, to establish weekly routine, general domestic tasks, meal preparation and accompanying to and from social and leisure activities.

We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required.

This is a part time position to cover 12.5 hours each per week with an hourly rate of £11.50 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
