Full Job Description

  • To generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME

  • To take pricing decision in alignment withthe relevant stakeholders

  • Toprepare and submit quotations to the customers

  • To demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge

  • To deliver presentations about our main Sea Logistics products

  • To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products.

  • To report customer complaints to the Customer Care team

  • To align with the Customer Care Team when on-boarding new customers

  • To use CoreLOG to maintain and update customer information

  • To perform the related CRM tasks/activities

  • To review regularly, the customers' portfolio with the Customer Care Location managers/team

  • To close customer business

  • To host internal visitors

  • To attend customer events, exhibitions and meetings ( internal & external)

  • To participate in internal and external development measurements in alignment with your line manager

    Demonstrated Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strong communication skills and effective customer engagement.

  • Time Management Expertise: Proactive in time management and forward planning, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.

  • Advanced Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with EDI systems and software applications such as MS Office and CRM systems, enhancing sales operations.

  • In-depth Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of freight forwarding products and solutions, enabling tailored customer solutions.

  • Customer Value Propositions: Skilled in building compelling customer value propositions that address specific needs and drive sales.

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Experienced in managing and nurturing existing customer portfolios and pipelines, ensuring sustained business growth.

  • Lead Development: Proficient in identifying and developing new sales leads, contributing to a robust sales pipeline.
