Here at Hemingways, we are looking for a Customer Security Administrator to support the workload during our Christmas 2024 period.
As a Customer Security Administrator, you will need excellent attention to detail, be able to identify fraud and have a positive, can-do attitude. If you think this sounds like you, then keep reading.

Main duties include:
- Conduct fraudulent security checks on physical and e-gift orders to minimise the Company's exposure to fraud.
- Resolve any fraudulent issues promptly by cancelling any gift cards or e-gifts and stopping orders from being despatched.
- Work with your team to collate information on any common fraudulent themes and trends and to identify ways to quarantine orders that may be fraudulent.
- Dealing with queries by liaising with different departments.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the employer or Line Manager.
Previous Administration or Customer Service role desirable but not essential.
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft applications and bespoke systems.
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Able to rise to a challenge at busy times.
Working Pattern- Full time hours. Must include some weekend days. 9am to 5pm- extending to 8am to 6pm in November. Working pattern to be discussed during the interview stage.
Rate of pay: £11.73
Are you looking for a multi-skilled role this Christmas that involves order processing and detecting fraud? Then look no further., Full time hours are desirable. 5/6 days to be worked between Monday to Sunday.
Hours- 9am to 5pm, extending to 8am to 6pm in November.
Weekend shifts paid at time and a half.
Christmas Eve overtime available at double pay!
