Full Job Description

The successful Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative will be working as part of our Property and Land Services team, supporting the Land Management team in working to achieve operational targets and service standards. following a well-established set of job objectives and processes to safely produce work of a high standard.

You will work as part of a small team, mowing and strimming grass, weeding, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, maintaining shrubs and flower beds. The role would involve grass cutting using specialist equipment, such as commercial strimmer's, ride on mowers and commercial hedge cutters.

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative to support the Land Management team for the end of Summer season by being part of a team in the undertaking of grounds and environmental maintenance tasks, creating a positive first impression of our buildings, land, homes, and communities by ensuring they are professionally maintained generating an environment that is welcoming, safe, hygienic, and homely., The ability to drive is preferred, but not essential, as part of the role, successful candidates who are able to drive will need to undertake a driving assessment as you may be required to drive a company vehicle which will be provided by Tai Tarian.
