Second Chef - Part Time

We are looking to recruit a part time Chef to assist within our catering area of the business. This is a part time role assisting with front and back of house duties. Shifts will be on a rota basis over a 7 day week covering days off and assisting with busy periods. Early starts and late finishes can be a requirement. Overtime will be available. Duties will include:

• Production of menu offering
• Opening and closing tasks
• HACCP compliance
• Cleaning duties
• Serving hot & cold beverages
• Front of House assistance when required
• Stock management
  
  Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• An emphasis on high quality
• Food Hygiene Certificate or skills gained in an appropriate environment preferable
• Ability to work alone and part of a team with willingness to be flexible
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
